Registered ‘Members’ and Customers

If you have registered with Sucklings or have purchased shoes from us on the internet we will record the information supplied such as name and contact details. This is kept only to facilitate business between you and Sucklings and is never sold or rented to other parties. Some of the information will occasionally be supplied to contractors to carry out work solely for Sucklings. For example, we supply a list of names and addresses to a company to send out our catalogue.

Credit card information supplied for online purchases are processed through Secure Paytech. The information is encrypted (scrambled) using an SSL connection to make it very secure. It is transmitted directly to Secure Paytech for processing with the National Bank and is NOT sent to Sucklings.
