60-Day No-Risk No-Hassle Return Policy

With our 60-day no-hassle return policy there is no risk that you have to keep shoes you are not happy with. Just send them back in new condition within 60 days and we will meet your wishes with either a refund or exchange.

Here is how it works:

Refunds: if you want to return the shoes and you do not want another pair, then we will give you a refund for the full amount paid less the amount charged for postage and packaging. We will use the original payment method for refunds e.g. if paid by credit card, we will put through a refund to the credit card. Returns can be sent by post, courier or hand delivered to our store:

The refund will be made on receipt of the shoes.

Exchanges: if you want to try another size, colour or style then just return the shoes within 60 days and we are happy to exchange the shoes for you. Returns can be sent by post, courier or hand delivered to our store:

You can include with the shoes instructions on what you want exchanged but we would recommend that you email us at info@sucklings.co.nz or call our freephone 0800 SUCKLINGS beforehand so that we can help you get the best solution. All exchanges are sent free of shipping charges, which means you only pay for shipping once. If the price of the exchange shoe is more or less than the original purchase price, Sucklings will charge or refund the difference using the same method of payment as was originally used.
