We ship only within New Zealand and payment is in New Zealand dollars only. All prices include GST.

How to Order

  • Online: this is a quick and easy way to order. It is very secure because we use a secure SSL connection for all pages relating to payment details. You can pay by credit card, electronic transfer to Sucklings bank account or by cheque.
  • Phone: please state the shoe code, e.g. ec2345, and colour and size. You will also need to supply name, delivery address and contact phone number along with your credit card details
  • Mail: please state the shoe code, e.g. ec2345, and colour and size. You will also need to supply name, delivery address and contact phone number along with a cheque or your credit card details.

Methods of Payment

All payments are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Online ordering will step you through the process – and the information you supply is secure through the use of SSL connection for all payment pages. The following payment methods may be used:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted though our online ordering process. This information is encrypted to ensure a high level of security and is transmitted direct to Secure Paytech for processing. None of your credit card details are sent to Sucklings.
  • Direct Bank Transfer: you may make a deposit payment directly into our bank account .
  • Cheque: with cheque payments, shoes will only be shipped after cheque clearance which takes up to 5 business days.

Shipping

You will usually receive the shoes within 4 business days of placing an order. For orders paid by cheque shipping will take place after cheque clearance which takes up to 5 working days and will usually take up to 4 business days after cheque clearance.

Shipping Charges:

  • 1 pair $7
  • Each additional pair $3 per pair (e.g. 2 pairs $10, 3 pairs $13)

The shipping charge covers packaging, delivery and insurance.

60-day no-hassle returns

You can return any shoes (in new condition) within 60 days for a refund or exchange:

  • Refunds are for the full purchase price but does not include the amount paid for shipping costs.
  • Exchanges will be sent free of shipping costs.
  • There is not charge for sending another size in the shoe originally ordered.
  • If the exchange is in a shoe priced higher or lower than the original shoe purchased, only the difference in price will be charged or refunded.

This means that you only pay for shipping the first time!

Product descriptions

To ensure an accurate representation of all shoes listed Sucklings have taken great care with photography and descriptions. To the best of our knowledge the information is true and accurate. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a variance at the time of placing your order. If there is a variation we will, of course, refund or exchange as long as the shoes are returned in new condition.

Users of our site may submit comments for publication in our blog area. We accept no liability in respect of any material submitted by users and published by us and we are not responsible for its content and accuracy.
